The interior design of this stunning 7,000-square-foot Bay Harbor Island Residence aimed to create ambiances that reflect our client’s design style. It transformed the existing home conditions to better suit the lifestyle of our clients, a Brazilian family with twin children, incorporating fun, sophisticated, and practical features that help them identify with their new space, making it feel like home for them while in Miami. Together with CH Construction, we completed this project to bring the design vision to life.

To begin with, our design concept revolves around the idea of a soirée with a moody tropical aesthetic at its heart. Additionally, understanding our clients’ love for entertainment and their sophisticated beachy style, we aimed to provide them with a space where they can gather as a family, featuring unique interiors for spending time together, all within an elegantly tropical ambiance.

Specifically, the design inspiration for this Bay Harbor Islands residence embraces a mix of natural materials, textures, and beachy elements. Neutral tones, such as taupe, beige, and white, form the serene backdrop.

Our clients’ special art pieces were an important part of selecting the accent colors for the home. As a result, vibrant hues such as yellow, mustard, camel, olive, and sage infuse the space with a lively touch.
