Home is where the art lives. This art-filled modern Miami condo was thoughtfully designed for a Colombian family of passionate art collectors. For that reason, art played a central role in shaping the design narrative. Located in The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles, FL, the residence showcases a curated collection where every room is anchored by a meaningful work of art.

Our design team embraced the clients’ collection as the heart of the home, using each piece as a starting point for interior elements such as the color palette, furniture layout, and custom millwork. As a result, the space reflects a harmonious balance between high design and personal expression.

Lighting became a central design narrative, with the guiding design concept: An Interpretation of Art Through Light. A calm gray palette serves as the backdrop, complemented by subtle accents of both petrol blue and camel. Light-toned, custom carpentry enhances the visual openness, while textures and materials were carefully selected to interact naturally with the surrounding artwork.
